So... How to make your own customized dropdown menu in HTML and CSS, No javascript? That is possible without javascript, Most people know that you can customize a dropdown menu. If you are new to HTML and CSS. A dropdown menu is like this.
Code - HTML:
<select>
<option>This is a select tag that you put option tags</option>
<option>Use select tag to put a dropdown menu</option>
<option>Use option tag to make a option to your dropdown menu</option>
</select>
Now let's customize our dropdown menu.
First, CSS, CSS is from the <head> element. Put <style> to put in CSS.
Code - CSS:
background: red;
border-radius: 6px;
color: white;
}
Or it still works when you put in :hover from it!

background: black;
}
